Hindu Jiya Band

This building has a modernist charm to it, with its geometrical arches and repetitive windows. The vertical and horizontal white stripes makes the building very dynamic. There is a movement to it, when you try to grasp the whole composition.

Apparently Hindu Jiya Band was the same band that played at my parents wedding, small world indeed. This building is located in the Johri Bazaar, and is beautifully lit at night. Night time is a pleasure to walk around the city looking at the lights, just like a newly wedded bride, the city celebrates the facades with warm lighting.
