The Dancing Tree

As I grew in my series of Jaipur paintings, I wanted to capture the softness of life along with the architecture. I chose this composition because of the tree dancing in the sky and the dynamic angle from which the building has been captured. The canopy of the tree and it’s leaves touching the building is my favourite part in this painting. This is a part of roof for a temple complex in Chaura Rasta where you might meet a few monkeys on your way up.
